Consbruck out for up to 5 months!
06 Mar. 2010 - Bad news for Avenir Beggen and especially for their second goalkeeper Lou Consbruck. After his injury in Tuesday's friendly, Consbruck will be out for about four to five months, which sets a term to the current season for him. Having come on on Tuesday for Chrismousse at halftime, he dislocated his shoulder after a corner kick by Mamer from the right, having tried to fist the ball out of the danger zone. Medical examination proved that Consbruck unfortunately needs to get surgery very soon and it is sure that the whole community of FC Avenir Beggen wishes him all the best for this and for the following convalescence! 16-years young Madureira may become the one to take over his place. The rest of the infirmary looks as follows: Yannick Zenner is back on tomorrow's squad after his injury on Tuesday, while defender Ben Greiveldinger still hasn't got the ok by his doctor and needs to pause for another month, while Hamilton Nascimento is back in training and working hard on his comeback.[ Top of page » ]
